Current Report No. 63/2021: Admission to trading and registration of series AM1 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 1342/2021 of December 30th 2021 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) decided to admit 500,000 Series AM1 bearer bonds with a par value of PLN 100 per bond (the “Bonds”) to trading on the main market operated by the WSE. Pursuant to the resolution, the Bonds will be introduced to trading as of the date of registration of the Bonds by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP").

Further, on December 31st 2021 the CSDP, acting pursuant to Decision No. 1574/2021 of December 28th 2021, issued Announcement No. ONP/2021/173 on registration of the Bonds in the Depository as of January 3rd 2022, under ISIN code PLKRK0000689.
