Current Report No. 63/2022: Increase in maximum nominal value of bonds under First Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme

Further to Current Report No. 19/2020 of July 21st 2020 announcing the First Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme (the “Programme”), the Management Board of KRUK S.A.  announces that on September 12th 2022 it passed a resolution to increase the maximum total nominal value of bonds that can be outstanding under the Programme to PLN 1,4 bn. 
The other material parameters of the Programme, including the Programme terms and conditions governing issuance of bonds, will remain unchanged.
