Current Report No. 64/2023: Notice of admission to trading of series AO1 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 885/2023 of June 22nd 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 750,000 Series AO1 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland.
