Current Report No. 66/2022: Claim assignment agreements executed on the Italian market

Further to Current Report No. 62/2022 of September 7th 2022, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Issuer) announces that today, the Issuer’s subsidiary Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. of Milan, Italy (the Buyer) has signed the agreements (Agreements) with entities of the BNP Paribas Group, i.e. Findomestic Banca S.P.A, Autoflorence 1 S.R.L. and Florence SPV S.R.L.

The Agreements provide for the purchase of three unsecured retail debt portfolios with nominal value of approximately EUR 85,2m (PLN 405,7m at the mid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for September 27th 2022).
