Current Report No. 68/2023: Information on transactions in KRUK S.A. shares

Acting pursuant to Art. 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of July 29th 2005, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that on September 7th 2023 it received a notification (Notification) from President of the Board of the Company Piotr Krupa and Krupa Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji, of the transactions in the Company's shares. The Notification is attached to this report. Transactions described in the Notification are related to the contribution of a part of shares held in the Company to family foundation established by Piotr Krupa.
