(the Issuer) announces that on September 7th 2023 it received from President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A. and Krupa Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji as an entity closely related to a person discharging managerial responsibilities, Piotr Krupa, notifications of transactions referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications).
