Current Report No. 70/2024: Notice of admission to trading and registration of series AP2 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 1505/2024 of November 28th 2024 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange decided to admit 1,250,000 Series AP2 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, to trading on the main market as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland.

The Company also announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement ONP/2024/097 of November 29th 2024 that the 1,250,000 Series AP2 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000887 will be registered on December 2nd 2024.
