Current Report No. 72/2016: Registration of an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association
The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that on June 30th 2016 it was notified that on the same day the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna of Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association introduced by Resolution No. 35/2016 of the Annual General Meeting of KRUK S.A. held on May 9th 2016 and consisting in modification of the contents of Art. 14.2.21, Art. 18 and Art. 8 of the Articles of Association. The Company published the wording of the registered amendment and the amended and restated text of the Articles of Association in Current Report No. 40/2016 of May 9th 2016.
