Current Report No. 74/2016: Registration of KRUK S.A. Series AB3 bonds with CSDP
The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by virtue of Resolution No. 453/16 of July 6th 2016 the Management Board of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central Securities Depository of Poland, CSDP) resolved to register 650,000 Series AB3 bearer shares of KRUK S.A., with a par value of PLN 100 per bond, maturing on June 29th 2021, issued under Management Board’s Resolution No. 173/2015 on the Third Bond Issue Programme, dated December 30th 2015, and Management Board’s Resolution No. 151/2016 on the final terms and conditions of the Series AB3 Bonds, dated June 16th 2016, and to assign the Bonds ISIN code No. PLKRK0000424.
