Current Report No. 75/2022: Preliminary estimates of the KRUK Group's financial results for the third quarter of 2022

Having been notified, on October 27th 2022, of the preliminary estimate of the consolidated net result of the KRUK Group for the third quarter of 2022 , the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) has decided to announce the results to the public. 
The preliminary estimate of the KRUK Group’s consolidated net profit for the third quarter of 2022 is PLN 188 m and for the period from January 1st to September 30th 2022 is PLN 677m.
The above figures are subject to change.
The finally determined financial results will be disclosed in the consolidated report of the KRUK Group for the third quarter of 2022, scheduled for issue on November 8th 2022.
