Current Report No. 76/2023: Notice of registration and admission to trading of series AO2 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement No. 939/2023 of October 9th 2023 that the 900,000 Series AO2 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000788 (the “Bonds”) will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market

The Company also announces that by Resolution No. 1117/2023 of October 10th 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) decided to admit Bonds, to trading on the main market of the WSE as of the date of their registration by the CSDP.
