Text of the report: The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) reports that on December 3rd 2015 it was notified that its subsidiary, KRUK Italia S.r.l. of Milan, Italy, won an auction to purchase a debt portfolio from Unione di Banche Italiane Scpa of Bergamo. The portfolio’s face value is approximately EUR 83m (or PLN 357.19m at the mid-exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland on December 2nd 2015). The relevant agreement related to the auction will be announced by the Management Board of the Company promptly after its execution in a separate current report.
