Further to Current Report No. 45/2016 of 20th of May 2016, on the material binding agreement (Agreement) which was concluded among KRUK S.A.’s subsidiary ProsperoCapital S.a r.l. (the Buyer, the Company ) having its registered office in Luxembourg and entities of the Eurobank Group: respectively Bancpost S.A. and ERB Retail Services IFN S.A both having their registered offices in Bucharest, and its Dutch subsidiary ERB New Europe Funding II B.V. having its registered office in Amsterdam, (the Sellers), and which subject is the acquisition of three portfolios of receivables of the nominal value of EUR 597m (the Receivables) the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Issuer) announces that the parties to the Agreement have agreed today on the extension of the deadline for the Agreement closing by 16.08.2016. Earlier the Company announced that the date of the Agreement closing was set at 01.08.2016.
