Current Report No. 83/2023: Subsidiary wins tender for debt portfolios on Italian market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Issuer”) announces that on 28th of November 2023 it was notified by it’s subsidiary, Kruk Investimenti s.r.l. of Milan, Italy, that it had won the tender to purchase unsecured retail debt portfolio from entities of the BNP Paribas Group.

The portfolios’ face value is approximately EUR 70m (PLN 304,8m at the mid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for November 27th 2023). 

The relevant agreement related to the tender will be announced by the Issuer promptly after its execution in a separate report.
