Current Report No. 84/2022: Notice of registration of series AN1 bonds

Further to Current Report No. 80/2022 of November 28th 2022, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on December 7th 2022 the Central Securities Depository of Poland (CSDP) said in its Statement No. 1109/2022 of December 7th 2022 that the Bonds AN1 will be registered within three days of the receipt by the CSDP of the decision to admit the Bonds to trading on the regulated market.
