Current Report No. 85/2022: Notice of admission to trading of series AN1 bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that by Resolution No. 1146/2022 of December 8th 2022 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) decided to admit 250.000 Series AN1 bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond (the “Bonds”), to trading on the main market of the WSE as of the date of their registration by the Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”).
