Current Report No. 86/2022: Registration date for Series AN1 bonds announced by Central Securities Depository of Poland

Further to Current Report No. 84/2022 of December 7th 2022, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on December 9th 2022 it was notified of an announcement issued by the Central Securities Depository of Poland to the effect that 250,000 Series AN1 bearer bonds of the Company would be registered on December 12th 2022 under ISIN code PLKRK0000739.
