Current Report No. 89/2016: Subsidiary wins a tender to buy a debt portfolio on the Italian market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on September 28 2016 it was notified that its subsidiary, ItaCapital S.r.l. of Milan, Italy, had won a tender to purchase an unsecured debt portfolio on the Italian market. The portfolio’s face value is approximately EUR 930 m (or PLN 3 996 396 000 at the mid-rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for September 27 2016). The relevant agreement related to the tender will be announced by the Company promptly after its execution in a separate current report.
