Current Report No. 91/2022: Claim assignment agreement with the bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. executed on the Spanish market.

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today the Company’s subsidiary InvestCapital Ltd. of Malta (the Buyer) has signed agreement with the bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. of Spain (Agreement, the Bank). Under the Agreement, InvestCapital Ltd. purchased from the Bank an unsecured retail debt portfolio with outstanding balance of approx. EUR 653m. (PLN 3,06 bn at the mid exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for December 20th 2022). Terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
