Current report No. 94/2023: Increase in maximum nominal value of bonds under First Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme

Further to Current Report No. 19/2020 of July 21st 2020 announcing the First Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme (the “Programme”) and Current Report No 63/2022 of September 12th 2022, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. announces that on December 20th 2023 it passed a resolution to increase the maximum total nominal value of bonds that can be outstanding under the Programme to PLN 2.5bn. 
The other material parameters of the Programme, including the indefinite termination date and the  Programme terms and conditions governing issuance of bonds, will remain unchanged.
