Current Report: No. 95/2023: Claim assignment agreement with the bank BNP Paribas Personal Finance of Paris executed on the French market

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today the Company’s subsidiary InvestCapital Ltd. of Malta (the Buyer) has signed a sale purchase agreement with the bank BNP Paribas Personal Finance of Paris (Agreement, the Bank). Under the Agreement, InvestCapital Ltd. commited to purchase from the Bank a portfolio of freshly overdue receivables with a total face value of approx. EUR 120m (PLN 520m at the mid exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for December 20th 2023). The receivables will be acquired by the Buyer on a regular basis in the form of several batches of future flows of receivables sold monthly by the Bank over a two year period. 
Terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
