Current Report No. 96/2023: Notice of registration and admission to trading of series AO3EUR bonds

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that Central Securities Depository of Poland (the “CSDP”) said in its Statement No. 1258/2023 of December 21st 2023 that the 50,000 Series AO3EUR bearer bonds of the Company, with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond, ISIN PLKRK0000804 (the “Bonds”) will be registered on December 27th 2023.

The Company also announces that by Resolution No. 1427/2023 of December 20th 2023 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) decided to admit Bonds, to trading on the main market of the WSE as of the date of their registration by the CSDP.
